About Me

When I started this business, I knew that I wanted it to reflect new beginnings because that is exactly what it is for me, hence the name Olive Leaf Creations ( see Genesis 8). When I sustained a head injury in 2023, and needed years of vision therapy as a result, I thought my life was over. I lost my job, my education, my hobbies, and felt I had lost my entire life.

A few months into my injury, I received two sympathy gifts. Uncoincidentally, both gifts happened to show up at my door on the very same day, from two people in my life who didn't even know each other. While one was a greeting card and the other a placard for home décor, they both displayed the same message: "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint (Isaiah 40:31)."

It was in that moment that I felt that God saw me and was with me. That verse carried me through years of therapy, and it still carries me today. I realized that my life wasn't over; it was just beginning in a new way.

I started Olive Leaf Creations as a way to share my faith and my story with others. Every product I create is made with the hope and love that has sustained me through my darkest days. I want my customers to feel that same sense of peace and purpose when they use my products.
